Welcome Ancharee! This month the daughter of our original mentor, the High Priestess of Royal Cuisine is our guest at Lemongrass. Armed with 200 of her mother's closely guarded recipes Ancharee, 68 will take us back to the roots and seek
out the secrets of each dish as taught to her by her mother Acharn Boonchoo in the famous Boonchoo style - the
Royal style. This is what Boonchoo would have wanted - no less - and we feel totally humbled to be a part of her family. No one else outside her family has this honour. This Sept marks the 13th anniversary of her passing.
